Dunain Community Woodland is a company limited by guarantee with charitable status in Scotland.

The Company's objects are:

1. to manage and improve sustainably the woodlands in the area of Dunain Wood, Inverness. As an important part of Scotland's natural environment for the benefit of the public.
2. to advance education and relieve poverty by the provision of opportunities for the training, occupation and employment of persons with special educational and mental health needs.
3. to provide public benefit for the community by the promotion of alternative land uses and ... by the provision of communnity based agricultural and horticultural initiatives.
